Telstra Corporation

Telstra Corporation - Executive Director - Human Resources

Responsible for Human Resource activity including specific accountabilities around leadership, talent, performance and development, employee engagement, remuneration and reward, employment policy and practice, HR information and systems, workplace diversity, workplace relations, Human Re-source projects and shared services.

Pasminco

Pasminco Limited - Executive General Manager - Human Resources

Broad Human Resource responsibilities in areas such as organisational change, role clarity, succession planning, Human Resource information systems, performance management, learning & development, remuneration and benefits, employee relations etc. Activities included a major review and restructure of the business, the integration of several new business units acquired in the United States and Europe and an international review and reorganisation of Human Resource effectiveness and activities.

Smorgon

Smorgon Consolidated Industries - Group General Manager - HR

Establishment and development of professional Human Resource activities including the formulation and delivery of the Human Resource Strategic Plan, introduction and management of a performance management process linked to individual performance, development of a compensation system coupled to performance outcomes, the design and conduct of senior management development programs and the development and implementation of a succession plans. Major activities included the development and facilitation of a companywide change program known as the "Smorgon Way". Additionally there was continued participation in Smorgon Family activities. This role also had a number of broader non Human Resource responsibilities.

EldersIXL

Elders IXL - General Manager Human Resources Elders IXL & General Manager - Agricultural Processing Group

A broad range of Human Resource activities initially working within one of the major business groups and then across all of Elders IXL. At that time the major groups included Fosters Brewing, Banking and Finance and Agriculture.  Activities were undertaken in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
