Consulting activities have included:

Facilitation of the senior leadership team to agree strategy, tactics, roles and behaviours.  This work is usually completed in an environment where there is a need to create stronger, cohesive and more aligned teams.
Whole of business organisation review and restructure.
Human Resource Management effectiveness reviews, specifically around structure, responsibilities, roles, costs and priorities.
Opinion surveys completed by direct reports around the effectiveness of their leadership team.  The outcomes were fed back to the team for review and action.
Review of organisation development, learning and training activities to agree roles, responsibilities and performance targets.
