Human Resource Answers was established to assist organisations to find and implement solutions in relation to a broad range of people and organisational challenges. It has partnered with many organisations in implementing change initiatives over a substantial period of time. We have assisted clients across Australia in both private and public domains to effectively introduce fundamental change. Many of these changes have required significant shifts in leadership styles, structure, strategic intent, management processes and systems. Much of our success has been based on the fact that we can offer clients a comprehensive range of skills and experience with demonstrable outcomes in relation to people and organisational challenges. Activities have been undertaken in a diverse range of businesses including telecommunications, information technology, financial services, transport and logistics, resources, steel manufacture and distribution, metals manufacturing, agricultural processing, brewing, packaging, meat processing, forestry, plastics and property. These activities have taken place in Public, Private and Government organisations.

Ron Berenholtz has spent over thirty years leading the Organisation and People activities of some of the country’s largest organisations.   These organisations have been in the public, private and more recently government sectors and include Telstra, Pasminco, the Smorgon Group and Elders IXL.
